ESTADO FEDERAL: UMA REVISÃO CONCEITUAL

Abstract

This research is concerned with a theoretical-conceptual analysis of the main
aspects of the Federal State, from the perspective of Political Science, General State
Theory and Constitutional Law. It is by no means intended to exhaust a subject that is
notoriously so complex and has a vast body of bibliography, but it seeks, above all, to
contribute to the general notion and differentiating features of this form of state from the
others that exist. To this end, the bibliographical research method was used.
