This article presents research on the integration of Venezuelan immigrants into the Brazilian labor market, particularly over the past ten years in the automotive sector of the state of São Paulo, in the city of Sorocaba. Data collection was carried out through research in newspapers, magazines, and digital media, as well as interviews with Venezuelan immigrants about their integration into the Brazilian labor market. Since January 2017, when the federal government began monitoring migration flows, 1,092,467 Venezuelan immigrants have entered Brazil. Venezuelan immigration to Brazil has been driven by the crisis in Venezuela, which has faced political, economic, and institutional chaos. The country has experienced government instability since 2013. An inhumane reality—marked by violence, hunger, disease, poverty, and repression—has forced millions of Venezuelans to seek a dignified life outside their homeland. They flee unemployment, the collapse of the education system, food shortages, and political instability. For nearly ten years, thousands of Venezuelans have continued to cross the Brazilian border through the municipality of Pacaraima, in the state of Roraima. This is the land border between the two countries, and those who enter through this route are considered the most vulnerable, according to the official website of Casa Venezuela—a non-profit civil organization that promotes the socioeconomic and cultural integration of vulnerable Venezuelans in Brazil. Its mission is to facilitate and optimize the integration process of Venezuelan immigrants arriving in Brazil in search of peace, dignity, and better opportunities. Casa Venezuela's main areas of action are labor and sociocultural integration. To achieve this, they partner with other organizations working in the field, the Brazilian government, supporting countries, and private companies. They also advocate democratic values, respect for individual freedoms, and human rights.,
