Abstract

This article aims to analyze the conflict between the legal doctrine,
universalism, and relativistic, arising with the internationalization of Human Rights, and
if this issue should be surpassed taking into account the different critics visions,
Multiculturalism of the actor Boaventura de Souza Santos, and the Interculturality and
rationality of resistance of the actor Joaquín Herrera Flores, both propose the surpassed
