In civil construction, the characteristics of the land are of great importance in
the construction process, construction model and project plan. Depending on the
characteristics of the soil, terrain level and present vegetation, the cost of construction can
vary greatly, and may even make the project unfeasible. In view of the present scenario,
where the only information about the land during the purchase period is just the
demarcation of the land plot, our work seeks to bring a new standardized regulatory
method as a prerequisite for the sale and negotiation of the land. In this regulatory
document, we will seek to bring information about the terrain such as: soil survey, soil
contamination, terrain history, terrain altimetry, passive environmental study and network
adequacy. With this information, the buyer will have greater security during his purchase
and will not be surprised during the planning of his enterprise, being able to have greater
control over the expenses and costs for its construction. With this new method of
regulation, the seller can also benefit from the appreciation of his land.
