Abstract

This article aims to analyze the constitutionality of Brazilian standards that
authorize the application of the national genetic profiles bank against the principle of noninclusion, to understand whether this system violates fundamental guarantees. In this sense,
constitutional principles and doctrinal hermeneutics were analyzed, capable of supporting
the conclusion.
